Here’s a newly-produced chart predicting the path of Comet ISON, showing where the comet will be at its brightest, on December 26th.

If this comet gets bright enough, it may be seen next to the Sun at sunset around Christmas time this year. If it survives Boxing Day, 2013, the Earth should be treated to stunning images of the comet and Venus together in the sky soon after.
